How to use Image color & contrast checker

Read an oriented image pixel by coordinates and check an opaque sRGB pair against WCAG contrast thresholds.

  1. Choose local input and settings, or try the labelled synthetic sample. File selection does not read content; processing starts after the explicit action.
  2. Still JPG/PNG/WebP · 10 MiB · 4 megapixels · 4,096 px per side · browser only. Image is optional.
  3. Pixel coordinates refer to the oriented image. Canvas RGBA may differ from stored profile/alpha values. Contrast uses the two explicitly supplied opaque colors, not the picked pixel automatically. Pass/fail uses unrounded WCAG ratios; this is not a complete accessibility audit.
  4. Review the preview and exported result. Cancel stops the disposable local worker; edit/Clear/leave discards old results and download links. Input files are not changed or uploaded; working data is not saved to an account. Downloaded files remain on your device.
