How to use Screen, webcam & voice recorder
Grant permission to a source, start recording explicitly, and save the result on your device.
- Choose Screen, Webcam or Voice and whether to include audio. Choose source opens the browser permission prompt. Screen capture always uses the browser chooser; shared audio is optional and may be unavailable. No device is accessed on page load.
- Review the live muted source preview. It is not recording yet. Choose Start recording separately. The supported native output format is selected in this browser; WebM/MP4/M4A/Ogg support varies. No MP3 recording format is promised; convert the finished audio locally if needed.
- Free supports 10 minutes / 100 MiB; verified Pro supports 60 minutes / 500 MiB. Video capture is at most 1920×1080/30fps. Stop ends every capture track and finalizes the recording. Elapsed time and recorded size stay visible. Recording stops near 90% of the file-size budget, or slightly before the duration limit, to finish a complete clip. Delayed delivery or unreadable/still-oversized final output fails validation rather than offering an unsupported file.
- Review the recorded duration and download. Open result in another tool explicitly sends it to a local trimming/conversion tab; choose Accept and its action there. Nothing is uploaded, persisted, automatically played or stored in your account.
- Cancel, Clear, changing source or leaving stops capture, drops chunks/results and revokes URLs. A late permission response after cancellation is stopped immediately. Permission denial creates no recording. Browser/system capture indicators remain controlled by your browser.
